Personalised and custom-made products
Because custom portraits and personalised keepsakes are created to your specifications, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges once design or production has begun. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Cancellations
A physical custom order may be cancelled for a full refund before design or production begins. Email fureverpetdesign@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once work has begun, cancellation is not available for change of mind because artist time and custom materials have already been used.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders
Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from the approved order. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, full or partial refund, or another remedy required by law.
How to make a return
Email fureverpetdesign@gmail.com before sending anything back. If a physical return is required, we will provide the return address and instructions. Please use tracked mail and keep the receipt. Unauthorised returns may not reach the correct studio and cannot be processed.
Return shipping cost
Furever Art pays reasonable return shipping costs for a verified damaged, faulty, or incorrect item. If we agree in writing to accept another type of return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless local law requires otherwise.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 5–10 business days to display the funds.
Digital products
Change-of-mind refunds are not available after a digital file has been delivered. If the file is defective or does not match the approved design, contact us and we will correct or replace it.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection law.
