Is the portrait printed on the leather?

No. Each pet portrait is painted by hand from your photo, then protected with a clear finish. Small variations are part of an original handmade piece.

Can you paint more than one pet?

Yes. Choose one, two, or three pets. Separate reference photos are welcome, and we will compose the portraits together on the charm.

Can I add my pet’s name or a gift note?

Yes. Both are optional. Enter the exact name spelling and, if you wish, a gift-note message of up to 20 words.

Will I see the finished charm before it ships?

Yes. We email a proof for approval. You can approve it online or request a minor adjustment before the artwork is prepared for dispatch.

How long does delivery take?

Most parcels arrive in about two weeks when the proof is approved promptly. Handmade artwork needs proper drying time, and Christmas periods may take longer. Worldwide delivery is free.
