Is the portrait printed?
No. A Furever Art artist paints the portrait directly on the ceramic urn by hand. Brush texture and small variations are part of the one-of-a-kind finish.
What animals can you paint?
Dogs and cats are most common, but clear photographs can also be used for rabbits, birds, guinea pigs, and other small companion animals.
Can I add my pet’s name?
Yes. A name is optional and is not added unless you enter it when ordering. Please check the spelling carefully before adding the urn to your cart.
How large is the urn?
The exterior is approximately 10 × 10 × 11 cm. Because ashes and inner containers vary, compare these measurements with the container supplied by your crematorium before ordering.
Can I approve the finished urn before shipping?
Yes. We email a finished photo for approval before dispatch. Small touch-ups may be possible before shipment; major changes or a different source photo may require an additional fee.
How long does it take?
Painting normally takes 5–7 business days after the details are confirmed. Drying, careful packing, and delivery time are additional, and peak Christmas periods may take longer.
