Custom dog portraits
Painted to look like your dog, not just any dog.
A real artist studies the eyes, ears, coat, markings, and expression in your photos, then paints a miniature portrait with the character your family knows.

A better reference makes a better likeness
How to choose photos for your dog portrait
Photograph at eye level
A front-facing or gentle three-quarter angle shows the eye shape, muzzle, and ear position more naturally than a photo taken from above.
Show true coat colour
Soft daylight helps us distinguish warm and cool fur tones, facial masks, freckles, and small white markings without heavy shadows.
Send more than one view
One favourite photo can lead the composition, while extra images help confirm details such as uneven ears, collar colour, or a distinctive expression.
Choose the keepsake that suits them
Commission a framed acrylic original, carry their face on leather or jewellery, or place them in a Royal composition.

Custom dog portrait FAQ
What photo works best for a dog portrait?
Choose a sharp photo taken near eye level in natural light. The eyes, nose, ear shape, and coat markings should be visible. Several photos can help when one image does not show every detail.
Can you paint two dogs from separate photos?
Yes. Select the two-pet composition and upload a useful photo of each dog. We can compose them together even when they were not photographed in the same place.
Can you paint a dog that has passed away?
Yes. Send the clearest images you still have. We can often combine details from several older photos and may carefully restore a reference before painting.
Can I approve the likeness?
Yes. We email a proof before shipping. You can approve it online or request a minor adjustment before the painting dries and is packed.
How long will my dog portrait take?
Most parcels arrive in about two weeks when the proof is approved promptly. The painting needs proper drying time, and Christmas periods may take longer. Worldwide delivery is free.
