Is the portrait printed?
No. A real artist paints the miniature portrait by hand from your pet photo. Each pendant is made individually, so subtle variations are natural.
What animals can you paint?
Dogs and cats are most common, but we can also paint birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, horses, and other companions when the reference photo shows their face and markings clearly.
Can this be made as a pet memorial necklace?
Yes. Many customers commission a necklace to keep a much-loved companion close. Older photos may still work, and several references can help us restore missing detail.
Can I approve it before shipping?
Yes. We email a proof for approval. You can approve it online or request a minor adjustment before the piece is prepared for dispatch.
How long does it take?
Most parcels arrive in about two weeks when the proof is approved promptly. Handmade artwork needs proper drying time, and peak Christmas periods may take longer. Worldwide delivery is free.
