Information we collect
We may collect your name, contact details, billing and delivery details, order selections, personalisation notes, uploaded photographs, and communications about your order. We also receive basic technical and transaction information needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use it
- To prepare, review, personalise, and fulfil your order.
- To communicate about photo suitability, proofs, revisions, delivery, and support.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.
- To maintain and improve the security and performance of the website.
Photographs and artwork
Your uploaded photographs are treated as private order materials. We use them to create and fulfil the work you request. We will not use identifiable customer photographs in public marketing without permission.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. Furever Art does not receive or store your full payment card number. We may share only the information reasonably needed with providers that support payment processing, hosting, storage, delivery, fraud prevention, and customer service. Some providers may process information in other countries under their own privacy and security obligations.
Cookies and optional measurement
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google measurement to understand referral sources, product views, cart activity, checkout, and completed purchases. This may store or read measurement identifiers. Purchase measurement uses an opaque transaction identifier, product information, currency, and order value, not the customer-facing order number. We do not send names, email addresses, uploaded photographs, personalisation notes, delivery addresses, payment-card details, or private order-link tokens through this measurement. Optional measurement is disabled unless you choose “Allow measurement.” You can review or change your choice at any time using “Cookie choices” in the website footer. Essential storage used for the cart, checkout, security, and order service remains available without optional measurement.
Google Customer Reviews
After checkout, Google may invite you to opt in to its Customer Reviews survey. If you choose to participate, we share your order number, email address, delivery country, and estimated delivery date with Google so it can send the survey after your order is expected to arrive. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to provide this feature. The invitation is optional, and declining it does not affect your order.
Storage and retention
We retain order information and uploaded files only for as long as reasonably needed to create the work, provide support, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or request deletion where we are not legally required to keep it. To make a privacy request, email fureverpetdesign@gmail.com.
